Join a prestigious group of students who volunteer their time to promote a positive image of MacEwan. When you become a MacEwan Ambassador, you participate in a variety of university and community activities while developing your leadership skills.

MacEwan University Ambassadors must:

  • Be in good academic standing.
  • Have completed at least one year of post-secondary.
  • Be open-minded, committed, responsible and have a developed self-awareness.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Want to positively contribute to the life of the university and community.
  • Be enthusiastic about community engagement.
  • Complete 50 hours of volunteer service.
  • Attend all scheduled training and mandatory activities.

MacEwan University Ambassadors are required to attend the program’s orientation and training sessions held in August. There is an optional spring session held in April for those who will be available to begin the program in the summer. For further details, please email map@macewan.ca.
